Deposit
All reservations require a One night deposit to be prepaid. To reserve a room, one must be over the age of 18 and have a major credit card. We guarantee a room after the deposit is received and a confirmation number is issued.
No Pets
We do NOT allow pets on the property.
No Smoking
All rooms are smoke free. Strictly, No smoking in the rooms. Smoking in the room will incurre a $150 penalty. Smoking is allowed 20 ft away from the building.
Parking
Free parking for guests staying at the property. All cars should carry a parking tag issued at the office. One car per room only. Guests arriving ahead of Check-In time are welcome to park the car at the property with a parking tag issued by the office. Cars without parking tags will be towed away.
